WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate) 

K-PRO WPC is a high functional ingredient in which the protein level varies from 34% to 80% – both sweet and lactic WPC. WPC is an essential ingredient for use in a wide variety of applications such as ice cream, yogurt, dairy desserts, cakes, and bakery products.


WPI (Whey Protein Isolate)

K-PRO ISO90 is a pure whey protein product which is concentrated by means of micro and ultrafiltration to a protein content of 90%. 

K-PRO ISO90 is derived from fresh sweet dairy whey.

WPH (Whey Protein Hydrolysate)

K-PRO WPH is a suitable ingredient for use in various nutritional and functional applications, such as infant formulas, sport nutrition, acid beverages, protein bars and nutritional fortification.
